ROKAmina K30 - Cocamidopropyl Betaine - 97862-59-4 is a mild, amphoteric surfactant belonging to the group of betaines (INCI Cocamidopropyl Betaine). It contains about 30% of the active substance in the solution. It is characterized by excellent foaming properties in a wide range of pH and water hardness. It interacts very well with anionic surfactants such as ABSNa, SLS, SLES, contributing to the formation of abundant, stable foams. It is also a very good rheology modifier in the presence of electrolytes. ROKAmina K30 is stable even in highly saline solutions and thus contributes to reducing the doses of other surface-active compounds in final formulations.

ROKAmina K30 is a betaine that works perfectly as a component of cosmetic preparations dedicated, among others, to remove impurities from the surface of the skin and hair. In addition, the surfactant has excellent softening and smoothing properties. Its undoubted advantage is limiting the irritating effect of the final product on the skin and hair, which may be caused by other ingredients (e.g. some strong anionic surfactants). Rokamina K30, thanks to its antistatic properties, makes the hair non-static, smooth and pleasant to the touch.

ROKAmina K30 is a hydrotropic substance that improves the clarity of the final product. In addition to its wide application in the cosmetics industry, this surfactant is also excellent in many other industrial applications. It is often found as a component of detergents used in households, as well as professional detergent preparations for industrial applications. Rokamina K30 has gained popularity as a raw material for the production of preparations from the All Purpose Cleaning (APC) group, especially in the production of spray cleaning agents for household use. Thanks to the content of this surfactant, spray detergents do not leave streaks on the cleaned surfaces. This extremely positive feature means that the product is used as a component of preparations for cleaning stainless steel, ceramic and metal kitchen and bathroom fittings, stone countertops, glass, mirrors, chrome-plated elements and various types of black surfaces.

ROKAmina K30 - Cocamidopropyl Betaine, thanks to its properties, is also a popular component of mild foaming agents for spray drying and waxing in automatic car washes. The product is also an excellent air-entraining and stabilizing admixture for concrete and mortar in the construction industry. It is also used in the production of bituminous masses, where it acts as an emulsifier for bitumen forming a stable dispersion with good adhesion to the surface.

ROKAmina K30 is a betaine used as a component of compositions for printing on textile fibers in the textile industry. It is used as an agent supporting the process of dispersion of sparingly soluble salts of esters in coloring preparations. The use of Rokamina K30 as a dye admixture results in better penetration of the material or yarn, faster fixation of dyes and higher efficiency of the textile processing process itself.

ROKAmina K30 is an ecological product, highly biodegradable and safe for the natural environment. The product is successfully used in Eco, Organic, Vegan, Paraben Free, GMO Free, Kosher and Halal Friendly products. It is also available in the RSPO MB (Mass Balnace) variant. This means that the raw material used for the production of ROKAmina K30 is a derivative of palm oil made from oil palm from certified crops.

The product is ECOCERT and ECOCERT COSMOS certified.

The surfactant complies with the biodegradability criteria laid down in Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004 on detergents.
