ROKAnol L7A - C12-16 Laureth-7 - 68551-12-2 is a non-ionic surfactant based on C12-C16 lauryl alcohol. It belongs to the group of ethoxylated fatty alcohols with the INCI name: C12-16 Laureth-7. It comes in a highly concentrated form. The content of the active substance in the product exceeds 99%. It dissolves very well in water. The HLB value for the product is about 13, and the solidification point is at the level of 10°C. ROKAnol® L7A at 50°C takes the form of a clear to slightly turbid liquid with a color of max. 70 on the Hazen scale. The above parameters of the product directly affect the wide spectrum of product functions in the final formulations.

ROKAnol® L7A, thanks to the wetting, emulsifying, dispersing functions and very good detergency properties, is used as a basic surfactant for the production of detergents (powder and liquid), household and professional cleaning agents or preparations for cleaning hands. ROKAnol® L7A is suitable for use in the environment of reducing and oxidizing agents as well as in hard and cold water.

The product shows high chemical activity in acidic, neutral and diluted alkali baths. Its additional advantage is high compatibility with non-ionic auxiliary agents. It is also perfect in mixtures with anionic and cationic surfactants. In formulations containing alkyl sulphates and alkylaryl sulphonates, it has a synergistic washing and cleaning effect.

ROKAnol® L7A is successfully used in the production of cosmetic products such as: cosmetics for washing and skin care and hair cosmetics. It is also a raw material often used in the production of color cosmetics, sun protection products, shaving products and aftershave cosmetics.

ROKAnol® L7A is also perfect for the textile and textile industry. It is used in the processes of pre-treatment of fibers as a component of mixtures dedicated to removing greasy oil stains (mineral oils) from fabrics and knitted fabrics. Thanks to the very good wetting properties of fabrics (especially cotton), ROKAnol® L7A works well as a component of bleaching compositions for raw knitwear and cotton fabrics. The product is also a component that removes excess dyes from the bath in the final stage of textile materials.

ROKAnol® L7A is biodegradable in the natural environment.
