Rokopol F3000 for the production of polyurethane mattresses

Rokopol® F3000 can be used for the production of flexible polyurethane foams using the continuous (slabstock) or batch production system. With the use of polyol, flame retardants (liquid and solid) and appropriately selected additives (catalysts, silicones, foaming agents), it is possible to produce blocks of flame retardant flexible foam with a rectangular cross-section and a height of up to 130 cm. Thanks to its excellent parameters, the product can be widely used in the furniture industry for the production of mattresses and upholstered furniture as a comfortable material.

Main application advantages of Rokopol® F3000:

• the ability to produce flame-retardant block foams with densities from 23 to 80 kg/m3, hardness ranges from 2-5kPa and flexibility up to 45%,
• the use of the product allows the production of foam with a breaking strength above 60 kPa and a relative elongation at break of up to 90%,
• the possibility of using the polyol with reactive polymeric polyols to reduce foam hardness or to optimize: foam openness, openness and relative elongation at break.

The most common applications of Rokopol® F3000:

• used for the production of flame-retardant flexible foams intended for flame lamination,
• polyol used in the furniture industry for the production of mattresses and upholstered furniture,
• a product used in the automotive industry, used for the production of cockpits, headliners, seats, headrests, bumpers,
• product used for the production of standard foams and standard flame retardant foams (CME),
• foams with good flame retardant parameters.
