Rokopol MS5225

Rokopol® MS5225 can be used for the production of highly flexible polyurethane foams using the continuous (slabstock) system, batch production or the production of molded foams. With the use of polyol and appropriately selected additives (catalysts, silicones, foaming agents), it is possible to produce blocks of highly flexible foam with a rectangular cross-section and a height of up to 100 cm. Thanks to its excellent parameters, the product can be widely used in the furniture and automotive industries.

Main application advantages of Rokopol® MS5225:

• the possibility of producing foams with densities from 25 to 80 kg/m3 with hardness ranges from 2 - 7kPa and flexibility up to 55%;
• the use of the product allows the production of foam with a breaking strength above 50 kPa and a relative elongation at break above 60%;
• the possibility of using the polyol with reactive polymeric polyols in order to, among others, eliminating the trapezoidal effect of the blocks, increasing the height of the block and modifying the hardness, as well as optimizing the openness of the foam;

The most common applications of Rokopol® MS5225:

• used for the production of high-quality flexible foams;
• polyol used in the furniture industry for the production of mattresses and pillows;
• a product used for the production of car seats in the automotive industry;

Products manufactured on the basis of Rokopol® FS3625 are characterized by very high quality. Thanks to the refined production process, this polyol is characterized by very good parameters and a wide range of possible applications.
