Rokopol® FS3625 is a polyether polyol in the form of a white, opaque liquid. The product contains antioxidants (excluding BHT) and is characterized by high purity and low emission. The product has a hydroxyl number in the range of 34.0-38.0 mg KOH/g and a dynamic viscosity of 1300-1800 mPas at 25°C.

Description Properties

Rokopol® FS3625 can be used for the production of flexible polyurethane foams using the continuous (slabstock) or batch production system. With the use of polyol and appropriately selected additives (catalysts, silicones, foaming agents), it is possible to produce blocks of cured flexible foam with a rectangular cross-section and a height of up to 130 cm. Thanks to its excellent parameters, the product can be widely used in the furniture industry for the production of mattresses and furniture requiring foam with increased hardness.

The main application advantages of Rokopol® FS3625:

the possibility of producing foams with densities from 16 to 80 kg/m3 with hardness ranges from 3 - 10kPa and flexibility up to 35%,
the use of the product allows the production of foam with a breaking strength above 50 kPa and a relative elongation at break above 50%,
can be used with reactive polymeric polyols for e.g. increasing or decreasing foam hardness.

The most common applications of Rokopol® FS3625:

used for the production of flexible foams with increased hardness,
used in the furniture industry for the production of mattresses and pillows,
used for the production of furniture where higher foam hardness is required,
product used in the automotive industry for the production of cockpits, headliners, steering wheels, body panels, bumpers, seats, headrests and armrests,
used as a raw material for the production of sound insulation.
