Gypsum fluidizer Superplastyfikator CP, i.e. polycondensate of calcium salt of naphthalenesulfonic acids with formaldehyde (NSF). It is a light brown powder with a low moisture content (maximum 10%), well soluble in water. Low bulk density allows you to reduce transport costs. It is a polyelectrolytic compound that acts as a dispersant in two main industries: as a base for fluidizing and plasticizing admixtures in the construction industry and as a water reducer in the production of plasterboards.
Product made to order, delivery time 80 working days from the date of order confirmation. Minimum order quantity - 12 tons.
CP Superplastyfikator is the equivalent of CA40 FF Superplasticizer in solid form. This surfactant consists of a hydrophobic organic chain and an inorganic hydrophilic sulfone group. The mechanism of its operation is based mainly on the principle of electrostatic repulsion occurring between identical charges (sulfone groups) present on cement or gypsum grains after adsorbing CP Superplasticizer particles on them. The mutual repulsion of the cement/gypsum grains after the addition of the superplasticizer causes the grain agglomerates to break down and the water contained in them to be released. As a result, the fluidity of the concrete mix increases, which improves its pumpability and extends the time of formation of cement hydration products (delayed concrete setting time) as a result of the cement grains moving away from each other over considerable distances.
The CP Superplastyfikator as a fluidizing and plasticizing admixture can act in the construction industry in two ways. By reducing the water/cement ratio (and thus reducing the consumption of mixing water by up to 25%), without compromising the consistency of the mix, the porosity of the hardened concrete is reduced, which directly translates into a significant increase in its late strength (up to 30% compared to the mix without the addition of superplasticizer) . It also improves the tightness of the concrete element, i.e. its resistance to aggressive substances and frost, and abrasion resistance, as well as the adhesion of new concrete to the old one. The increasing early strengths also allow for the acceleration of demoulding of the concrete element.
By reducing the amount of mixing water used, the addition of Superplasticizer CP and maintaining a constant water/cement ratio, we can reduce the amount of cement used, obtaining economic benefits and lower release of hydration heat, and thus reducing shrinkage during concrete setting. The product does not introduce large amounts of air into the concrete mix, which may potentially lead to deterioration of frost resistance, and thanks to the very low concentration of chlorides, it does not contribute to the corrosion of steel reinforcements in concrete structures. In addition, it allows you to make a concrete mix at an air temperature of up to -5°C without inhibiting cement hydration.
Drywall manufacturers strive to reduce production costs while maintaining the liquefaction of the gypsum mix. The addition of CP Superplasticizer enables the reduction of the amount of water used in the process, thus shortening the drying time of the finished board. At the same time, the product does not affect setting times and adhesion between plaster and paper. It favors the formation of gypsum crystals in the form of needles, thanks to which the structure of the board is more durable.
The powder form of the product does not deteriorate its application properties, and it is important in reducing the cost of transporting the product over long distances and reduces the cost of storage. The use of even small amounts of Superplasticizer CP allows the production of cheap and environmentally friendly concrete, which at the same time is characterized by very good strength and rheological properties. It is mainly recommended for the production of ready-mixed concrete, prefabricated elements, cement mortars and for the production of gypsum elements, e.g. drywall.
