Construction time. A traditional house is primarily the time needed to build it, not to mention the purchase of a plot and all the related formalities. Meanwhile, our Tiny House, i.e. a mini house, can be made to our individual order or be a typical product that is waiting for us in the warehouse. Yes, in the case of mini houses, there are manufacturers where houses are produced on standard designs and are waiting for collection. If we need to adapt the design, or we carry out a special order, then we have to expect a few weeks for the house to arrive. However, if we are satisfied with the standard design, we can leave with our own house practically on the day of purchase. Installing a house on a plot or other indicated location takes from a few hours to a few days.

Costs of implementing a mini house. The cost of a mini house is about PLN 3,000 per square meter. Traditional construction depends on the place, region and country. Yes, country, because in different countries building a house means different prices, formalities, etc. Meanwhile, a mini house can be taken practically anywhere in the world, and when it comes to the European Union, we have complete freedom. We pack it on a container semi-trailer, we rent a truck tractor and we have a house, for example, on the French Riviera. It is too hot? We can always order a move to a beautiful Norwegian fjord. The price of a mini house compared to traditional construction is not only the price of execution, it is also the price, or rather the lack of expenses for several other properties. Buying houses in several cities exceeds the budget of a statistical family economically, but we can take one mini house to these several cities and always live "at home". That is why the investment in a mini house pays off so quickly.

What is it like to live in a mini house?

In the mini house we have a fully equipped bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a dining area, and a bedroom. If we squeeze all this into one sea container, we have 24-25 m2 at our disposal. That is more or less as much as in a standard studio apartment in a big city. Tiny House has insulation with the same parameters as traditional houses. It can draw heat from all traditional sources, but it can also use unconventional solutions. Of course, 20th century inventions such as running water and electricity are standard. Living in a mini house, we do not have to give up any of the amenities of traditional construction, and at the same time we can take our house exactly wherever we go.

Are mini houses just houses?

A mini house is not only an idea for living, it can also be a great proposition for a recreational plot. A traditional "gazebo" is most often a barrack made of boards, and a brick structure is legal doubts. Meanwhile, a sea container with windows is just a sea container with windows, it stands today and may disappear tomorrow. No one will enfranchise it, take it away, take it over with the real estate.

The mini house is also a great proposition for anglers, hunters and naturalists. They ensure the comfort of everyday return home during trips to the bosom of nature. We can put such a house near a hunting ground, a lake or in other natural circumstances, and then after hunting, fishing or tracking animals, for scientific purposes, we do not end the day chilled in a tent torn by the wind, but in the comfortable conditions of a shower with hot water. And in a year or two, our summer house can be moved to another location. A new fishery, a new lake or a pond may require our presence.

Nothing limits us here except our imagination, and for a group of friends, a hunting club or a local PZW branch, the expense will be really small. You can order several houses and provide accommodation for members of the circle or union in several locations. The cost will be spread over many users, and no one will be bored with the monotony of hunting or fishing in the same place all the time.

To sum up, Mini House - Tiny House - combines all the advantages of a traditional house with the comfort and functionality of a caravan. It is devoid of the disadvantages of both solutions. On the one hand, we have a stable structure, an interior that we can get used to, and on the other hand, full mobility and the ability to, for example, look for a job in other cities or even countries. A mini house is a solution for everyone, regardless of whether you are a restless single, the head of an eccentric family or a retiree with a fantasy. A mini house is a proposition for you if you are able to fit in a smaller area in exchange for lower costs and shorter construction time as well as full mobility.
