EXOdis PC40 is a polymeric, anionic dispersant intended for use in paint products. The product is in the form of a 40% aqueous solution of polyacrylic acid sodium salt. It has the form of a clear or slightly turbid yellow liquid.
EXOdis PC40 is used as a basic dispersing agent in formulations of water-soluble decorative paints. The low content of volatile organic compounds (VOC) in the preparation allows for the formulation of recipes for paint products in accordance with Directive 2004/42/EC.
The recommended level of use of the preparation in water-based paints is 0.1 - 0.6% (w/w).
Effective dispersant for inorganic pigments, in particular titanium white and mineral fillers. Even at low concentrations, it shows excellent dispersing and product stabilizing properties. The product is used as a basic dispersing agent for the production of a wide range of water-soluble white paints. Recommended level of use 0.2 - 2% depending on the type of product.

EXOdis PC40 is characterized by very good dispersing properties, in particular against titanium white and mineral fillers. The product is compatible with commonly used acrylic and styrene-acrylic dispersions, as well as dispersions of homo- and copolymers of vinyl acetate. In addition, the preparation is characterized by good compatibility with the most popular rheology modifiers.
The use of EXOdis PC40 significantly reduces the viscosity of water suspensions of titanium white and mineral fillers. Thanks to this, EXOdis PC40 allows you to effectively introduce a large amount of pigment and/or fillers into the aqueous system. Dye products achieve excellent stabilization with the addition of small amounts of EXOdis PC40. As a result of the incorporation of EXOdis PC40 into color paints, a beneficial effect on the compatibility of pigments is achieved.
