ROKAnol LP100 - Polyoxyalkylenglykolether

ROKAnol LP100 - Polyoxyalkylene glycol ether is a non-ionic surface-active compound belonging to the group of alkoxylated fatty alcohols. The product belongs to ROKAnol LP - a series that creates a whole group of low-foaming surfactants used in many different industrial sectors.

At room temperature, the product is a colorless or slightly turbid liquid with a light color (max. 100 on the Hazen scale). It is characterized by low viscosity. Its freezing point is 9°C.

The active substance content in ROKAnol® LP100 is approximately 95%. Compared to other low-foaming surfactants, it is characterized by high hydrophilicity and a high cloud point in an aqueous solution at temperatures of 72÷76°C. The product dissolves very well in water and forms clear solutions even at elevated temperatures.

The unique feature of ROKAnol® LP100 is its low foaming capacity compared to standard, non-ionic surfactants dedicated to the production of detergents. In addition, the product maintains stability in an alkaline environment, which is a very desirable feature in the production of alkaline detergents for professional industrial and institutional washing.

Due to the high concentration of the active substance and the low tendency to gel, ROKAnol LP100 is easily dosed into various formulations. This applies especially to concentrated semi-finished products. ROKAnol® LP100 is a product often used in various cleaning formulations with a high level of alkalinity. It is used in the production of bottle washing agents and in CIP (Clean In Place) processes. The product also works well as a defoaming agent for flushing waters generated during sugar beet washing.

ROKAnol LP100 is a biodegradable surfactant. Meets the criteria of Directive 648/2004 on detergents.
