ROKAmin SR8P4 is an ethoxylated, propoxylated fatty amine with a carbon chain length of C16-C18. It belongs to the group of alkylene oxide adducts to fatty amines. It is a non-ionic surface-active agent.

The product is dedicated mainly to the industrial washing and cleaning industry and to the textile industry. The commercial product is in the form of a yellow or brown liquid characterized by a specific smell. ROKAmin SR8P4 dissolves well in water, as well as in low aliphatic alcohols. The HLB value of this compound is about 8.8.

The product contains an oxypropylene group, which makes it have limited foaming capacity. It works perfectly as an emulsifying and leveling agent in fiber dyeing processes. It can also be used as a component of preparations dedicated to bleaching fabrics and fibers.

ROKAmin SR8P4 is also used as a raw material for the production of quaternary derivatives. It can also be a component of cleaning detergents used in industrial and institutional cleaning.
