The ROKAmer 2330 detergent ingredient is a non-ionic surface active agent. It belongs to the group of products offered by the PCC Group called ROKAmers. They are a whole series of block copolymers of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. The product is a viscous liquid with a light yellow or yellow color. Its solidification temperature is below 10°C. After dilution, ROKAmer 2330 becomes cloudy at a temperature of about 30°C.

ROKAmer 2330 is a high molecular weight polymer with a bifunctional structure. It has two hydrophilic groups, which is characteristic of block copolymers and distinguishes them from other non-ionic surfactants, determining their functional properties.

The product belongs to surfactants with low and anti-foaming properties. Therefore, it is often used as a component of professional institutional and industrial cleaning agents. ROKAmer 2330 is also used in various industrial processes.

The ROKAmer 2330 detergent ingredient is characterized by moderate hydrophobicity. Its other advantages include very good degreasing and wetting properties, especially in the case of hard surfaces. Thanks to this, the product works very well as a component of professional dishwasher detergents, industrial bottle cleaning agents and agents dedicated to degreasing metal surfaces.

ROKAmer 2330 is used in Clean in Place systems. It is mainly used as a component of cleaning agents dedicated to breweries. Thanks to its anti-foaming properties, even at low temperatures, the product reduces foam in washing baths. Its action is also effective in the presence of starch and proteins. ROKAmer 2330 works well in cold and hard water. It works perfectly in neutral or slightly alkaline formulations.

ROKAmer 2330 is a block copolymer, which, thanks to its features, is widely used in the paper and food industries, as well as in all production processes where the problem of foaming of technological water or sewage occurs. The product lowers the surface tension between the liquid and the air, improving the "drainage" of foam, which in turn causes its reduction.

ROKAmer 2330 does not contain silicone. It is a surfactant not classified as a hazardous substance. It is susceptible to biodegradation in the natural environment.

ROKAmer 2330 complies with regulations that allow chemicals for indirect contact with food. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) allows the use of this product and its derivatives as an antifoam under the conditions described in the following FDA sections:
