ROKAnol T10 - Ceteareth-10 - 68439-49-6 has excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties. The hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) of the product is 13, which places it in the range of hydrophilic emulsifiers. The product is well soluble in water. In order to accelerate the process of dissolving the product in water, it is recommended to use hot water.

This surfactant has a wide range of applications, mainly as an oil-in-water (O/W) emulsifier. The product can be used in both cosmetic emulsions and industrial applications, including soluble oil processing fluids, textile finishes, antifoam emulsions or hydraulic fluids. The product has the ability to emulsify mineral oils and white spirit, petroleum, xylene, vegetable and animal fats. The product has the ability to disperse dyes and pigments, which is used in the production of pigment pastes.

The product is usually used together with emulsifiers with lower HLB values ​​(e.g. ROKAnol® T6), which improves the stability of the emulsions created. ROKAnol® T10 is characterized by resistance to hard water and electrolytes while being sensitive to pH changes.

ROKAnol is a biodegradable product, compliant with the biodegradability criteria established in Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004 on detergents.
