Warm baths can be treated every 2-3 days, but they should not last longer than 20-30 minutes, and the water temperature should not be higher than 37 oC. Do you need the relaxing power of hot water, but due to very dry skin or capillary problems you have to give up lounging in the bathtub? Treat yourself to a hot shower!
