Agricultural and construction machines are indispensable, but often chimerical helpers. An increased workload, a different type of peripheral equipment, or a change in the humidity of the substrate can cause unforeseen and unprecedented whims. The vibrations overlapping in the form of resonance are particularly troublesome. They can cause discomfort to the driver in the form of motion sickness. Vibrations transmitted to the driver's seat in the long term can cause degenerative changes in the spine, leading to temporary or permanent inability to work.
A simple solution to all these problems is - also used to increase traction - weighting the front axle of the vehicle. However, if the counterweight is already installed or our machine does not have such a possibility, the simplest solution is to load the front wheels by replacing part of the gas in the tires of the front wheels with liquid. Specialty mixtures based on glycol are prohibitively expensive. The natural solution is ordinary tap water, but here a problem arises at temperatures below zero, when the liquid freezes, leading in extreme cases to irreversible tire deformation. In order to avoid all these problems, a 30% aqueous solution of magnesium chloride - optionally calcium chloride - can be used. The solution does not freeze, does not damage and does not erode tires. It does its job well for a reasonable price.
