POLIkol 1500PF IBC 1000 kg pharmaceutical quality

POLIkol 1500 PF meets the stringent quality requirements set out in the latest edition of the European Pharmacopoeia, thanks to which it can be classified as macrogol. Macrogols are the pharmacopoeial name of polyethylene glycols that can be used as ingredients in medicines, ointments, dermocosmetics or other pharmaceutical formulations. Typically, high molecular weight macrogols in the form of wax are combined with liquid, low molecular weight polyethylene glycols, resulting in a blend with a greasy consistency, which is a suitable base for ointments.
POLIkol 1500 PF also has very good dispersing properties and good solubility in water. Due to these features, this product is recommended for combining many active ingredients. In addition, thanks to its high molecular weight, POLIkol 1500 PF can be added to the formulation to improve its rheological properties (increase in viscosity).
