EXOsoft PC35 is an anionic surfactant that belongs to the group of soaps with a name defined by INCI as Potassium Cocoate. It is a product of natural origin, characterized by 100% renewable carbon content. EXOsoft PC35 can be used as a primary and secondary surfactant. It is in the form of a colorless aqueous solution with a dry matter content of 34-36% and does not contain preservatives.
EXOsoft PC35 has foaming, emulsifying and cleaning properties. It also acts as a moisturizer. The product is widely used in the personal care industry to make beauty products such as shaving products (foams, creams), shower gels, shampoos, bar soaps, liquid hand soaps, industrial hand soaps and surgical scrubs . It can be used both in SLES-containing and SLES-free preparations. In some formulations, it can be an alternative to SLES/SLS.
In addition to cosmetic use, it is also used in household and professional detergents. One of the main uses of detergents is in laundry products and hard surface cleaners. In addition, EXOsoft PC35 can be used in the agrochemical industry as an insecticide.
It can be used as a component of products with the ECOLABEL standard. EXOsoft PC35 is available in the RSPO Mass Balance standard.
Potassium soap is characterized by very good foaming properties, which is why it is used in cosmetics such as shampoos, liquid soaps, bar soaps, shower gels. EXOsoft PC35 is also widely used in Household and I&I applications for surgical soaps and scrubs as well as hard surface cleaning. Biodegradable product, does not contain preservatives. In addition, the product is used in the agrochemical industry to fight insects.
