ROKAmer G3500 belongs to the group of non-ionic surfactants of the type of block copolymers of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide with the use of glycerin as a starter. The product is in the form of a clear, colorless liquid with a low freezing point, i.e. below -15°C and an active substance content of about 100%. ROKAmer G3500 aqueous solutions are clear below room temperature and become cloudy at 36-42°C. The product is a high-molecular polymer with a specific, trifunctional structure, which means that it has three hydrophilic groups. This feature distinguishes the ROKAmer G series from other non-ionic surfactants and determines their properties.
ROKAmer G3500 is a water-soluble, non-ionic surfactant with anti-foaming properties. Due to the anti-foaming properties, the product can be used in many industrial processes, e.g. in the process of pulping and fermentation, food and sugar processing, as well as washing vegetables.

ROKAmer G3500 is one of the products with low- and anti-foaming properties, it works effectively at temperatures above 40°C. In addition, ROKAmer G3500 is a reactive surfactant and it is possible to further modify it, e.g. with fatty acids. Its derivatives are anti-foaming ingredients for the paper and food industries (e.g. sugar production), as well as for numerous processes in which the problem of foaming of wastewater and process water occurs in elevated temperature conditions. Thanks to its properties, the product reduces the surface tension between the liquid and the air, and at the same time improves the "drainage" of the foam, resulting in its reduction.
ROKAmer G3500 does not contain silicone, is not classified as a hazardous substance and is susceptible to aerobic biodegradation. The product is Kosher certified. ROKAmer G3500 complies with the regulations allowing the product to come into direct contact with food. The US FDA (Food and Drug Administration) allows the use of this product and its derivatives as an anti-foam under the conditions described in the following sections of the FDA:
