Foams obtained from SULFOROKAnol N232P are characterized by a high degree of hydration (so-called wet foam) and a small diameter of bubbles (fine foam). SULFOROKAnol N232P also has a low tendency to gel in electrolyte solutions, which eliminates problems related to local viscosity increase, e.g. in dosing systems.

Due to its unique foaming properties, the product is mainly used as an air-entraining agent in the construction industry, mainly in the production of plasterboards. Thanks to this, it is possible to produce light, durable materials. Its use allows the introduction of air bubbles into the gypsum suspension without significantly affecting the adhesion to the external coating of the board. In the construction industry, SULFOROKAnol N232P is also used as an air-entraining agent in concrete or mortar admixtures. By introducing air into the concrete mix, the product plasticizes it and increases the material's resistance to freezing.

SULFOROKAnol N232P is also used as a component of synthetic extinguishing agents, where it is the basic foaming agent. In this application, it can be mixed with other surfactants offered by the PCC Group.
