ABSNa 60 - Sodium Dodecylobenzene Sulfonate belongs to the group of anionic surfactants. It is the sodium salt of alkyl benzene sulfonic acid. The commercial product is in the form of a concentrated, liquid paste with an active substance content of about 60%. This translates directly into high product performance, especially in the production of washing powders. The ABSNa 60 surfactant tends to delaminate, but after mixing it assumes a homogeneous structure. This phenomenon does not affect the performance of the product in any way.

ABSNa 60 is perfect as a component of powder and liquid detergents. It has very good foaming properties, where foaming can be regulated thanks to the use of sodium soaps and defoaming agents. In addition to the ability to create high foams, the product is characterized by excellent wetting, emulsifying and dispersing properties. Above all, however, it is an effective and universal detergent. It works very well as a component of washing powders, as well as gels and washing liquids dedicated to both professional and home use.

The product interacts very well in formulations with other non-ionic surface-active compounds. It reacts very well in combination with ROKAnol L7 and ROKAnol L7A. ABSNa 60 can also be mixed with other ingredients of washing agents, such as sodium carbonate, enzymes and fillers, pyrophosphate or EDTA. Thanks to its degreasing properties, it is a very good degreasing agent in the tanning industry. It is also used for washing raw leather.

ABSNa 60 is an anionic surfactant resistant to hydrolysis in an alkaline environment. This feature predisposes it as a component of alkaline cleaning and washing agents for professional use. The product is also used in the textile industry to remove dyes from dye baths. In addition, it is very suitable for activating alumina during the production of concrete. It is also a very important addition of air-entraining admixtures to concrete and mortars.

ABSNa 60 is a biodegradable product, compliant with the criteria of Directive No. 648/2004 on detergents.
