ROSULfan LP (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, SLS) is an alkyl sulfate powder. The product is an anionic surfactant with a high active substance content of at least 92%.
The main properties of the product are excellent emulsibility, wettability and, most importantly, strong foaming - the product generates high and stable foam over time.
An anionic surfactant in powder form used in admixtures for dry concrete and mortar as an air-entraining admixture; ensures plasticization of the concrete mix, especially in the production of vibropressable elements. Thanks to good wetting properties, it also significantly improves the efficiency of adhesive mortars.
Due to its ionic nature, this surfactant is perfect for formulations with anionic, non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants. The product is compatible with most admixtures and additives for concrete.
The most important function of the product is to increase the frost resistance of concrete. In addition, the aeration function ensures the plasticization of the concrete mix, especially in the production of vibropressable elements. Thanks to this, it prevents the charging element from blocking during the production of paving stones. Due to its form, the product is perfect for mixing with dry mortars and other ready-to-use loose mixes. The wetting effect also significantly improves the effectiveness of adhesive mortars.
